Review by hotel critic
Nestled atop picturesque Tuscan hills, Borgo Argenina strikes a balance between luxury and value that is hard to resist. My stay here allowed me to indulge in serene views of sprawling vineyards while enjoying the well-designed pool area, perfect for lazy afternoons. The spacious room I stayed in featured a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sitting area, which met all my needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare casual meals. A barbecue option was available at just €10, adding to the value of the experience. Breakfast served on the terrace was not just delicious but plentiful too, setting a lovely tone for the day. The location is convenient, with Siena a short 25-minute drive away. The hosts were accommodating, providing helpful information about local dining options, including the highly recommended Ristorante Malborghetto. For those looking to enjoy Tuscany without breaking the bank, Borgo Argenina offers an unparalleled experience that appeals to both the senses and the wallet.
